Work Scope: Design, issue, and manage a digital carbon currency (Carbon Coin) backed by global carbon credits, serving as the sixth major international settlement and reserve currency.
Areas of Responsibility: Establish carbon currency issuance rules, exchange rate mechanisms, swap agreements with central banks, and oversee carbon currency circulation.
