Work Scope: Coordinate systematic development and incremental projects across six categories of carbon sinks: terrestrial, marine, atmospheric, agricultural, industrial-zone, and residential-zone sinks.
Areas of Responsibility: Formulate action plans for new carbon sink creation and promote large-scale ecological restoration and artificial carbon sink projects.
