Work Scope: Coordinate trading, verification, and registration of global natural carbon sinks (forests, wetlands, oceans, soils) and artificial carbon sinks (CCUS, mineralization).
Areas of Responsibility: Establish globally unified carbon sink measurement standards, connect national carbon markets, and prevent greenwashing and double-counting.
