Work Scope: Establish a "Global Environmental Control Center" for round-the-clock monitoring and early warning of the atmosphere, oceans, land, and biodiversity.
Areas of Responsibility: Publish environmental health indices and coordinate with national environmental agencies in response to environmental emergencies.
