Work Scope: Promote R&D and deployment of diverse clean energy sources, including bioenergy, hydropower, wind, tidal, gravitational, electromagnetic, atomic, and quantum energy.
Areas of Responsibility: Assess national energy structures, provide technology roadmaps, and coordinate cross-border power grids and energy storage.
